RJ has coached the Ames high Boys team since the 1999 season. During that time, Ames has won one conference championship, one district championship, been to State 6 times and with their 2007 2^nd place finish being their highest.

RJ has been the girl’s assistant coach at Ames for 1 season and the team finished 3rd last season.

RJ teaches middle school Physical Education and supervise and teach driver’s education for Drive Tek in Ames and Boone. 

RJ played college golf at Mankato State, MN.
