Andy was elected to the Hall of Fame as a player in 2010.
Andy won two state titles for Waterloo West in 1956 & 1957.
After high school, Andy played college golf at Northwestern, being a member of their first interscholastic women’s golf team.
Andy turned professional in 1962 and played on the LPGA tour. Andy was the first player on the LPGA tour to play a Ping putter.
Andy was a co-founder of the Ohio State Junior Girls golf tournament. She also founded the Miami Valley Jr. Golf Foundation, the Miami Valley Jr. Golf Camp, the Ohio-Indiana Girls Cup matches, and the Pro-Am Golf Event for Aim (Adventures in Movement for Handicapped).
Andy was inducted into the Waterloo Golf Hall of Fame in 2000.
