Waterloo West

Jack was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2010.

Jack was the high school championship for Waterloo West in 1956 & 1957. Jack won the Waterloo Open twice. He was the runner-up National JC Junior – 1955. Jack won the National JC Junior – 1956, beating Jack Nicklaus. He was the runner-up in the runner-up in the 1956 USGA Junior, beat Jack Nicklaus in the semi finals. Jack won the Western Junior in 1956.    

Jack played on the PGA tour from 1962-1967. He won St. Paul Open 1963 and the Oklahoma City Open in 1965. Jack won the Haig-Haig mixed two-ball with Sandra Spuzich in1966.

Jack played  in 6 Senior USGA Championships making the cut in 5.
