Heather Deke-Kinney was elected to the Hall of Fame as a Player in 2011.

Heather played her High School Golf at Central Community Schools in De Witt, Iowa. Heather was a two time Iowa High School Girls State Champion, winning in 1986 & 1987 and runner-up in 1988. She was also State Co-Ed Champion in 1986, 1987, & 1988.

As a junior golfer, she won the State Junior in 1986 & 1987 and runner-up in the Women's Wester National Junior Championship as a sophomore in 1986 at Dubuque Country Club.

After High School, Heather played her freshman year for Oklahoma University before she transferred to Iowa State. She was tournament Champion at the Purdue Invitational; team Co-Captain and Most Valuable Player her junior and senior year and held the Iowa State 35 & 54 hole records.

After graduating from Iowa State with a Sports Marketing degree, Heather played on the Futures Tour for a season.

Heather is back in De Witt, Iowa married to Todd, raising 3 children (Callaway, Tucker & Talbot) and owner of Crossroads Coffee.
