HALL OF FAME

NOMINATION CRITERIA

 

1. Must be retired from coaching golf
2. Must have coached golf at least 15 years
3. Must have provided some service to high school golf, either at the State or local level

 

A candidate must meet the first 3 criteria. Then the Leadership Board will look at following criteria to decide if the candidate is to be elected into the Hall of Fame:

1. Number of times team/individual qualified to State

2.  Number of State titles won

3. Number of Conferences titles won.

 

TIMELINE:

1. Turn in Nomination form – end of April
2. Hall of Fame Committee prioritizes nominations – end of May
3. Leadership Council votes on nominations – end of June
4. Hall of Fame inductees are announced – end of August
5. Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony – middle of March @ Iowa St. Clinic
