RJ has coached the Ames high Boys team since the 1999 season. During that time, Ames has won one conference championship, one district championship, been to State 6 times and with their 2007 2nd place finish being their highest.

RJ has been the girl’s assistant coach at Ames for 2 season and the team finished 3rd last season.

RJ teaches middle school Physical Education and supervise/teach driver’s education for Drive Tek in Ames and Boone. 

RJ played college golf at Mankato State, MN.
